No trans fat is fine. But what about the the other killer? SUGAR is more dangerous then fat. Take that into consideration when purchasing products bragging about "0 trans fat". 

Its one simple rule: Eat fewer calories everyday than you burn. If you can do that, its impossible to not lose weight.

Variety is the key to continuous progress. If you or your body get used to the same routine that you been practicing over and over, you will stop seeing results. Your body adapts quickly to every routine. Change up your routine monthly.

You can take as many pills as you want, but without proper nutrition, they are worthless.

Your body stores weeks worth of vitamins from the food you eat, so why take synthetic multi-vitamins built in a lab?

Water weight is not a problem. Fat weight is. If you 50 pds over weight. I promise you its not that your "holding water".
